Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• Service — the EggKo software, website, and related features.
• Account — your user registration on the Service.
• Farm — a tenant workspace within the Service, owned by a user.
• Data — any information you enter, upload, or generate in the Service.
• Subscription — a paid plan (Growth, Pro, or Enterprise).
• Trial — the 14-day free Pro access granted to new accounts.

2. Account registration

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' farms or data.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service to third parties.
• Use automated scripts to scrape, copy, or overload the Service.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and trial

New accounts receive a 14-day Pro trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, farms automatically drop to the free Starter tier unless a paid subscription is activated.

Paid subscriptions (Growth, Pro) are billed monthly or annually. Payment is currently processed manually via GCash or bank transfer. You send payment, email us the reference number, and we activate the plan within 24 hours. Automated payment processing may be added in future versions.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@cypherzero.dev for billing disputes. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period; your data is never deleted as a result of a downgrade.

5. Data ownership

Your farm. Your data. All data you enter into EggKo belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over your farm records, harvest data, customer information, or any other content you create in the Service. You can export your data to PDF or Excel at any time from the Reports section (on Growth and Pro plans).

We grant ourselves a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not sell, lease, or share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from the Billing page or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your account drops to the free Starter tier. Your data is retained for 90 days after account deletion, during which you can reactivate your account and recover it. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. In cases of fraud or abuse, termination may be immediate.

7. Warranty disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYPHERZERO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CYPHERZERO IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ₱5,000, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Cebu City, Philippines. You agree to this exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service and via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
